This is a full-time opportunity based in key Bali locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. If you have a knack for sales, strong organizational skills, and a customer-centric approach, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibility
- Process and confirm customer orders for chilled products accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of orders, stock levels, and customer interactions in the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote chilled products and identify upselling opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, order processing, or customer service, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word) and order management systems.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with chilled product handling and cold chain logistics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions in Bali as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is advantageous.
