Responsibility
- Conduct regular field visits to construction material stores and retail outlets to promote our products.
- Identify and establish new retail partnerships to expand our market reach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for construction chemical products.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to retail staff to enhance product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and demand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or retail industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of construction materials and chemical products is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
