Responsibility
- Assist in daily retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Shadow and learn from senior managers across different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, logistics).
- Lead small teams and projects to develop leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support the implementation of promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service excellence guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a similar industry (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for retail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Analytical thinking with basic knowledge of data interpretation.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel within Bali as required.
