Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned retail locations, including mall kiosks and concept stores.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Drive sales performance by implementing promotional strategies and achieving targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive shopping experience.
- Assist in the setup and launch of new store locations, including staffing and training.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
