Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK in Accounting preferred).
- Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is a plus.
- Strong numerical and communication skills.
