Responsibility
- Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales targets by implementing effective strategies, monitoring performance, and coaching the sales team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving escalated issues and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, merchandising, and promotional displays to maximize sales.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team KPIs, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with retail standards, health and safety regulations, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local promotions and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail analytics tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local consumer behavior is an advantage.
