Responsibility
- Ensure product availability and optimal shelf space allocation in assigned stores.
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and customer appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store teams to replenish stock as needed.
- Implement promotional strategies and in-store marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product inquiries.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Report sales data and market trends to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or merchandising roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions of Bali.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for driving sales.
- Familiarity with retail software or POS systems is an advantage.
