Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Process cash and digital transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to enhance the shopping experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to restock merchandise and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Participate in store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
