Responsibility
- Deliver personalized, high-touch customer service to premium clients, ensuring a memorable luxury shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement and product knowledge.
- Educate customers on jewelry materials, craftsmanship, and brand heritage to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise in accordance with brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, and special orders, while adhering to company policies.
- Build and nurture a client book through follow-ups, personalized recommendations, and event invitations.
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store promotions, trunk shows, and VIP events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new collections, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury goods, jewelry, or fashion.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and customer service with a keen eye for detail.
