Responsibility
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic planning.
- Supervise and train sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge.
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with company standards.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist in stock replenishment, and report discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotions, sales strategies, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
