Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the Clarins counter, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Drive sales performance by setting and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through effective team leadership and customer engagement.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional service and meet individual sales goals.

Qualifications
