Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of baristas and café staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure all supplies (coffee beans, equipment, etc.) are stocked and maintained.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with company and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the café, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and café operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a premium coffee experience.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
