Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of baristas and café staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and POS management.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure all supplies (coffee beans, equipment, etc.) are stocked and maintained.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in compliance with company and local regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.
  • Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the café, restaurant, or retail industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and café operations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a premium coffee experience.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
