Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new customers through proactive outreach, networking, and field visits in assigned territories.
- Conduct direct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as set by management.
- Collect and report market feedback to inform product development and sales strategy adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or retail sales, preferably in the consumer goods sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace).
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
