Responsibility
- Lead and manage daily retail operations, ensuring smooth store functionality and adherence to company policies.
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, analyzing trends, and implementing effective strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving escalations and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and optimize product displays to maximize sales.
- Analyze financial reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across all branches.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
