Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on mobile phones and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, payments, and returns.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends, promotions, and product features to provide expert recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve sales and service skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and technology trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to work in any of our Bali locations: Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
