Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Ford vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with dealership teams to coordinate promotions, test drives, and customer events to boost brand visibility.
- Provide accurate and compelling product presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of Ford vehicles.
- Negotiate sales contracts and finalize deals while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Stay updated on Fordās latest models, technologies, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in automotive sales, retail, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with Ford products or the automotive industry is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Valid driverās license and willingness to travel within Bali as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
