Responsibility
- Lead and manage the wholesale/DIY sector, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and maximize profitability.
- Oversee daily operations of outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales, operations, and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale or retail management, with a focus on operations.
