Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 retail associates and baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to brand standards across all coffee and retail offerings
- Develop and implement strategies to increase foot traffic, customer retention, and average transaction value
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess
- Conduct regular team training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, staff productivity, and operational metrics
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in coffee shops, cafes, or F&B establishments
- Proven track record in team leadership, staff development, and performance management
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional Bahasa Indonesia or other languages are a plus)
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and retail products (training will be provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business-related certification is advantageous
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or ability to obtain one)
