Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly arranged.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock takes, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the store meets cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferably in toys or consumer products).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as required.
