Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to boost product visibility and sales in assigned retail locations.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring products are well-displayed and readily available for customers.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with retail partners, store managers, and staff to drive collaboration and sales.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards, product placement, and promotional compliance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Train retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and merchandising activities for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, merchandising, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with retail management software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
