Responsibility
- Provide expert, personalized advice on eyewear styles, lens options, and frame selections tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from greeting to checkout, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards, including product displays, cleanliness, and inventory organization.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-energy work environment that reflects OWNDAYS’ brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (eyewear industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based or performance-driven role.
- Fashion-conscious with a keen eye for trends and styling recommendations.
- Proficiency in POS systems, basic math, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
