Responsibility
- Execute in-store sales promotions for our seasoning products in traditional trade outlets across Bali
- Build and maintain strong relationships with warung owners, small retailers, and market vendors
- Implement creative merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and shelf presence
- Conduct product demonstrations and sampling activities to drive consumer trial and adoption
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective promotional activities
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing team on product performance and customer preferences
- Collaborate with distribution partners to ensure consistent product availability
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or promotional marketing
- Proven track record in traditional trade or FMCG sales in Bali is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Experience with product demonstrations and in-store promotions
- Basic understanding of merchandising principles and retail operations
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and traveling between locations
- Own transportation (motorcycle) and valid driver's license is a plus
