Responsibility
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely service to all guests.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items or promotions when appropriate to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior cashier or retail experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
- Strong numerical and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and procedures.
