Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of beverage and vending products.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to track inventory levels and resolve supply chain issues.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs in the Bali region.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals to support business development initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the beverage, FMCG, or vending industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
