In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to secure repeat orders and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage accounts receivable by following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collections from customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand our client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily visit logs, order statuses, and payment updates.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor sales approaches effectively.
- Represent Provis Garuda Services professionally at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Baliās hospitality and F&B market is a plus.
- Possess a valid driverās license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
