Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with shoppers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Drive sales by providing personalized product recommendations, styling advice, and upselling complementary items.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, visual displays, and inventory organization to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems, including handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock products, and assist with cycle counts to support accurate stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and store performance goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with customers.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting colleagues, sharing best practices, and participating in store meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle products.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Passion for fashion and an eye for style, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to customers.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the retail schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in retail or fashion are a bonus.
