Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium shopping experience for all visitors.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
- Monitor and coordinate merchandise deliveries, ensuring timely stock replenishment and accuracy.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive foot traffic and maximize revenue.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and service standards.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and local retail laws.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a mall or high-traffic store environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and manage staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and inventory tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
