Responsibility
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes.
- Restock shelves and maintain organized, visually appealing product displays.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the store manager.
- Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and adheres to health and safety standards.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise deliveries.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10 kg).
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
