Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in selecting the right automotive spare parts and lubricants.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash and card payments with integrity.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, labeling, and conducting regular stock checks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic knowledge of automotive spare parts and lubricants is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
