Responsibility
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize product exposure and sales.
- Collaborate with retail partners to design eye-catching in-store displays and promotional setups.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability and proper placement on shelves.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising approaches.
- Train retail staff on best practices for product presentation and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare reports on merchandising performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser, Retail Visual Merchandiser, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and consumer behavior.
- Excellent creative and spatial awareness for designing effective displays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software (e.g., Planograms).
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for collaborating with retail partners.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.
