Responsibility
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations to customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated on new product launches, ingredients, and beauty trends to provide accurate advice.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail space, including product displays and testers.
- Conduct makeup demonstrations and skincare tutorials to educate customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through follow-ups, loyalty programs, and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Handle cashier duties, inventory management, and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service (fresh graduates with a passion for beauty are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare, makeup, and personal care products (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a plus).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a passion for beauty and fashion.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Basic computer and POS system skills are advantageous.
