Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports and actionable insights to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels, conduct audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s values and mission.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new team members to maintain high performance standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with retail operations in Bali or similar tourist-driven markets is advantageous.
