Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for FMCG products, including Sasa brand and other consumer goods.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and trade marketing initiatives to boost product visibility and sales.
- Collect and report market feedback, customer insights, and sales data to the management team.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any logistical or inventory issues with the support team.
- Provide product training and support to retail staff to enhance their understanding and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and client interactions using company-provided tools.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales, retail, or field sales (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and willingness to travel within Bali’s key areas.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of FMCG products, retail operations, and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in using smartphones/tablets for sales reporting and data entry.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
