Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of gadgets, accessories, and tech trends to guide customer decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays.

Qualifications
