Responsibility
- Assist customers in selecting sports equipment, apparel, and accessories tailored to their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout to optimize the shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and report low stock to management.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or outdoor activities (personal experience is a bonus).
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
