As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for field visits, client engagement, and market expansion while ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong partnerships with retailers and distributors in Bali’s dynamic consumer goods sector.

Responsibility
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients in Bali’s retail and consumer goods market.
- Conduct regular field visits to distributors, retailers, and potential partners to assess needs and promote products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach to building relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools for reporting and data management.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions and possess a valid driver’s license.
