Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase branch revenue.
- Monitor daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective complaint resolution and service excellence.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to regional management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 6 months in a sales or retail management role, preferably in financial services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
