Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet KPIs.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently upheld in visual merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
- Conduct regular team training and performance reviews to foster professional development.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion, eyewear, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering premium experiences.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
