Responsibility

- Verify delivery details and obtain signatures or confirmations upon completion.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Adhere to assigned delivery routes and schedules, including overtime and shifting hours as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery processes and improve efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
