As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing promotional campaigns, ensuring optimal product placement, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners across Bali’s key locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness and sales performance for TOP 1 products.

Responsibility
- Execute in-store promotional activities, including the installation of TOP 1 banners and signage in workshops and retail outlets.
- Ensure brand visibility and product placement align with company standards and promotional guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, bengkel (workshops), and store managers.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues or discrepancies to the management team.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising compliance and provide feedback for improvements.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays and marketing materials.
- Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve promotional targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or promotional roles is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with retail partners and customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles and in-store promotions.
- Willingness to travel across various locations in Bali as assigned.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
