The Oscar International Tailor and Textile, a premier destination for bespoke tailoring and high-quality textiles, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Bali’s most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing our exquisite collection of fabrics, custom tailoring services, and luxury apparel. Your role will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized shopping experience that reflects the elegance and craftsmanship of our products.

Responsibility
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Educate customers on our premium fabrics, tailoring processes, and product features to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Conduct accurate measurements and fittings for custom tailoring orders, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store layout, including restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the tailoring team to track order progress and communicate updates to customers.
- Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary products or services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in fashion or luxury goods).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, tailoring techniques, or fashion trends is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (additional languages are a bonus).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a passion for the fashion industry.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
