Responsibility
- Sell and deliver poultry products to assigned retail and consumer outlets in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely restocking.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
- Ensure the van and products are well-maintained and presented professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the Bali market and local retail landscape is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
