Responsibility
- Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as a brand ambassador for Coach in all interactions.
- Drive sales by engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, payments, and returns.
- Maintain store visual standards, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and inventory is well-organized.
- Assist in daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, and housekeeping.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and brand initiatives to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
