Responsibility
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently for chilled FMCG products
- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors in Bali
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery coordination
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock requirements to warehouse teams
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve order-related inquiries
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, order processing, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and order management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic understanding of FMCG distribution channels
- Familiarity with Bali's retail market is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed
