This contract position offers competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and the chance to work in some of Baliās most vibrant locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in the School, Travel, and Corporate segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network.
- Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the retail, travel, or corporate sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
