Responsibility

  • Assist customers in selecting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and sunglasses, by providing expert advice and personalized recommendations.
  • Drive sales targets by promoting Vision Express products and services, including eye exams, lens upgrades, and accessories.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Process transactions efficiently, including handling payments, managing returns, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals, participate in inventory management, and contribute to merchandising efforts.
  • Stay updated on optical trends, product features, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (prior optical industry experience is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong sales acumen and a results-driven mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
