Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the outlet team to deliver outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor sales performance, control costs, and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting outlet environment that reflects our brand identity.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
