Responsibility
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash management, including daily reconciliations and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and cash handling.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
