Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Trade outlets across Bali
- Drive sales growth through effective account management and new business development
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or retail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Familiarity with Bali's retail market is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
