Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and improve customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports for regional management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Conduct regular staff training and performance reviews to foster professional growth.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, meet sales targets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
